Have you heard The Happy Cell Song yet? It came across my Instagram feed recently from Burch Bear Holistic care. I wasn’t following them or anything, but you know how sometimes those things show up and it’s exactly what you needed? It was new to me, but apparently it has been around for a long time. Originally a traditional folk and camp song, it later was used in children’s summer camps and yoga retreats.
I got really excited about this, because I read a book years ago that I absolutely loved, The Secrets of Your Cells, Discovering Your Body’s Inner Intelligence. That was a deep dive into how the cells communicate within the body and guess what? They are listening to what you say. Your body responds to your words.
