Please arrive a few minutes early to give yourself time to fill out a health questionnaire and to update the therapist of any significant health issues or changes.
Please allow plenty of time for parking and traffic. We start promptly at your service time and end on time. We can not extend your appointment time if you are late.

If you are exhibiting COVID-19 or any flu like symptoms or have a low-grade fever,we respectfully require that you move your appointment to at least 10 days after you have been symptom-free.
Should a change of schedule occur, please notify us 24 hours in advance or we will have to charge for the missed appointment. No show, no call or cancellation day of appointment is full payment. The fee for a missed one hour appointment in less than 24 hours notice is $60 and the fee for a missed 90 minute is $85.
