Calm Your Inner Monster

According to Wikipedia, “Breathwork is an umbrella term for various New Age practices in which the conscious control of breathing is meant to influence mental, emotional and physical state – sometimes to claimed therapeutic effect.”

It can move stuck energy, promote a sense of relaxation, let go of the mind, and move through traumatic events.

I personally use the 4-7-8 Breathing as my go to instant stress buster.

Sometimes it’s just as simple as breathing in and breathing out. Really, it CAN be that simple to shift your mood, the energy of a conversation or reduce anxiety and invite calm.
