PLEASE SLOW DOWN!

Observe what happens in your body when you read this. Gently notice to where in your life or your day that it takes you.

Now, take a nice slow, deep breath. Make it three deep breaths. And then give yourself permission to make a shift in just one aspect of your day so that you can be open to receive the gift of slowing down, just a little bit. Maybe you actually sit down to have lunch today. Or you take a few breaths to clear your head before you begin to eat. Take a moment in the car before you turn the ignition to just be quiet. It can make all the difference to a day; a “full” day instead of a “chaotic” one.

This is the wellness seed I plant for myself this week and going forward. I will do my best to nurture, feed and watch it grow.

I’ll leave the seed packet open for you to take one for yourself. Better yet, take two and pass one along to someone you love.
